Adaptor 4 the FleshLight Launch and Simon Chiller's Sleeve

Now you can use Simon Chiller's designed sleeve with the FleshLight Launch. I don't know why the stl files is displayed upside-down. Rotate it in the slicer to save support material.
This is version 1 and I have not printed it yet.
Yoy may need some kind of 'load catcher' or end cap.
