Prussian flag design made in 2D by David Liuzzo, who allows for anyone to use it for any purpose, provided that the copyright holder is properly attributed. Redistribution, derivative work, commercial use, and all other use is permitted.

I converted it to 3d using TinkerCad. You will need to change filament/ paint if you want all of the colors.
