The benchstand consists out of two parts, the larger one with the 4 bearing is used to hold your train, while the narrow one can be used as electrical bridge between your tracks and the connectors of your train. Alternatively, a bench supply with some crocodile clamps is your best friend, as you can simple connector those to the sliders of your train
