This is alla Kurt vice design.
Body Dimension 190x142x60 mm
Jaws open 73 mm for now.
Jaw width 80 mm and Hight 25mm

I printed in PETG and its strong enought to hold hobby tools :)
I printed screew in vertical with extra support file : suport sruby.stl and in latest Cura you can add yours suport file wich I added wit screw inside, You need in per model menu choose in mesh select -> print as support .
