Ender 3 Improved Filament Guide

This is two remixes in one. I remixed Holspeed's guide roller so that it is partially open on one side. This allows you to remove or install the filament into the guide without having to pull the filament out of the nozzle, but still be secured in the guide under normal operation. So now if you forget to feed the filament through the roller first (which I have done a few times), you don't have to pull it all out and start again. This High Bracket design is the Gray and White model in the photos.
