Proton monitor case

Adapted using Luke's excellent design for the open community design DaveGA.

There are a few inconsistencies, errors, bad designing practice and all the problems that go with a WIP by a non-designer, so please use with care.

You need to grind the corners of both PCBs in order to get M3 access and help fitment. It's tight so suggest to either loosen up the tolerances, scale or be prepared to deburr/file a little

I did manage to print off the top/btm case and it fits..kinda.
