Simple PiCam mount for "Creality Ender 3 Pi Cam Mount"

I really like the mounting bracket for ModMike's "Creality Ender 3 Pi Cam Mount" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2886101, but the case for the camera itself required super fine calibration of my Ender 3, and I was unsuccessful getting the camera case itself to fit properly despite having adjusted my extrusion steps per mm, successfully printing properly sized test cubes and printing at a reasonable 40mm/sec.
