Attached is a stl file and an skp file; feel free to customize the skp file in sketchup, just don't print it as most printers don't support skp files. The skp file has two colors, but in order for there to be two colors on the stl you have to either switch the filament on your printer before the text prints or make a separate stl file with the text.
