My Jawhorse has been an excellent tool and useful beyond expectations. So when my original urethane jaws started to tear apart while clamping a bar I knew I need to replace them. Online replacements are $50 to $80 USD. That's insane for a simple part. So I set out to print them.
I printed my set in Taulman Bridge Nylon and Alloy 910. PLA will not work, it's too brittle. ABS and PETG may work for a while with low infill but you really need the flexibility and toughness of Nylon or PC. No excep
