Electrical distributor block (Verteilerplatte) for fischertechnik

A simple application for my [Printbuchse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3375338). Replaces the old distributor plates/Verteilerplatten which are not part of the current [fischertechnik](https://www.fischertechnik.de/en) program any more.

The FreeCAD file is parametric, change the *block_len* parameter on spreadsheet *v* for **any** block length > 15 mm. Allow some time for the model to recalculate for bigger sizes.
