Various VAWT Designs - 300 watt wind turbine + huge rope tarp mill

WIP - need to make hub bolt holes and support find. might also try and make a split design to print larger scoops. would like to test to see if its worth 300 dollars before getting a injection moulded one. also you will need to put your own fins in the inside scoop if you want them.
