100% printable E3D V6 adaptor for Delta printer Hatchbox Alpha effector

I designed this an alternative effector adapter for the E3D V6 hot end.
The designs that I saw available required screws and did not fit properly. So I played my hand at a design.

This fits on my HatchBox Alpha Delta style printer. It requires no screws - Only printed parts.

All of the pieces will fit immediately off of the print bed. It is designed with appropriate tolerances.
