Shopping coin customizable

Using OpenSCAD and fontsawesome to create cool shopping coins.

Sorry, but the thingiverse customizer don't work here. To build your own coins:
* install openscad from http://www.openscad.org/
* download fontawesome from https://fontawesome.com/
* extract the ttf fonts from archive and install the fonts 'fa-brands-400.ttf', 'fa-regular-400.ttf' and 'fa-solid-900.ttf'
* open https://fontawesome.com/cheatsheet in a bowser
* copy and paste the icon of your choice in the 'icon' variable of t
