Anet A8 - Variable height part cooling duct

I change my hot end out way too much, and I needed a way to adjust for my inconsistent nozzle height. I also go between a normal and volcano style hot end based on what material I'm printing with, but mostly because I screw up my my hot ends and swap them out :)
