E3D Titan Aero mount for Anet A8 AM8

A sturdy Anet A8 mount for the 1,75 mm E3D titan aero extruder.

NEW: A version with the option to mount a sensor on the right side of the extruder, in front of the aero fan. (no Y offset = better bed levelling).
A mount for an 18 mm sensor is included. The Fusion 360 archive file is included, so you can make your own sensor mounts!
