2" Laser Cut Blast Gate

I have not cut this yet but the sizes should be correct for using 2" PVC. Double up the smaller pieces on each side of the rectangular piece. For the siding gate, I would suggest a slippery material such as HDPE or UHMW plastic. Mounting holes are sized for 8-32 hardware.

This is not a self cleaning design. I recommend mounting it so the slider pulls downward. That should help keep dust out of the grooves.
