SKR v1.1 and SKR V1.3 ENDER 3 CASE _ Ender 3 PRO

Add lower housing with mainboard closer to the wall (lower_skr_closer.stl) . For those who want to use the built-in card reader. Not tested but should be fine.

Ender 3 pro verison not tested
