Geeetech A10 (v3) 80mm fan board aperture grill

This is an alternative grill for my Geeetech A10 (v3) 80mm fan board cover (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3419051).

I decided to match my other fan grills by using the Aperture grill design from mightynozzle.

**Please note:** If you wish to use this cover on your A10, you must still print the main board cover from my other design linked above.
