NEMA17 Stepper Motor 3D Model

This is an improved version of the NEMA17 3D model provided by kdtop3. The primary improvements are to to correct the hole spacing to 31mm as typical for NEMA17 motors, and to change the top level translation so that the mounting surface is placed at z=0. The motor shaft remains centered at xy=0. Various other tweaks to the openSCAD source are described at the top of the provided openSCAD file.
