Blade protector for Shun DM7300 shears

We picked up the Shun DM7300 kitchen shears as they were highly recommended by the folks of Cook's Illustrated/Americas' Test Kitchen. Since we are going to keep them in a drawer, it seemed like a good idea to have something to protect the blades. Since they didn't come with anything, I quickly drew this up. Printed a test piece and was surprised to see how well the blade shape matched a simple elliptical shape. Fits nice, a little bit of an interference fit so not likely to fall off.
