Broken Refrigerator Front Door Shelf Bar Fix (GE Model GTS18FBRERWW)

A long time ago we bought a GTS18FBRERWW refrigerator cheap as a backup. The bottom door shelf was broken. Fast forward 15 years and our main fridge melted down. While moving all the food to the backup, my wife said she always wanted that fixed. 3D printer to the rescue.
