Replaceable hotend carriage for printer REBEL II based on printer version v.32

- included direct extruder holder
- included Diamond hotend holder
- included cable chain end for Diamond hotend holder (usable with thing [Cable chain - best of best :-) - Axis X/Z](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2024115)
- included BL touch pads 1 mm, 2 mm and 5 mm

Changes from the original:

Designed for belt GT2 (instead of T2.5)
Added BLTouch / 3DTouch holder to both holders
Changed hotend holder
