Duet Maestro 2020 case

This is a remix of Moederbeer's amazing Duet Wifi case - but this time butchered to fit a Duet Maestro. This is just the bottom - please go to the original thing to get the lid.

I added a little bit more plastic to around the screws to make it more sturdy when mounting onto my Ender 3 (sits right behind the Z motor).

I added a picture, but please note - cabling is temporary while I'm figuring things out and waiting for new JST connectors :)
