This is a spare part for a broken key handle.
The actual version of stl file has an hole for a key holder ring.

Note:
It is important to interrupt the print at a defined layer high before the layer over the metal part begins. Insert the metal part of the key. After placing you can resume the print.

Before you start printing, you can preheat the metal part on the base plate on the printer
