A mount for mounting my circuit breaker onto my blackhawk lowboy quad WPPG.
This doesn't use the DIN rail system.
It is a sturdy way to mount to a 25mm tube.

It is described as - "AC 400V 63A Double Poles 2P Transparent Mini Circuit Breaker MCB"
I have no idea how common the hole pattern is.
