Otto DIY+ head that fits Huaduino

This is remix of head for Otto DIY+ robot. This head fits Huaduino board (https://goo.gl/zWXHtb). This board has Lithium battery charger and step power converter, so entire robot could be powered from 18650 battery, that is really convinient.
