Bissell water flow fix

I've had my Bissell "Proheat 2X Healthy Home" carpet cleaner for over 5 years and every time I use it the water flow (if it flows) sucks. A Google search will show how widespread this problem is with dual tank Bissell machines. Some but not many posted ideas may help. Youtube is the worst and has a ton of useless info on the situation. I finally bought all new pump, solenoids and both tank seals and valves. I stripped mine down and replaced everything. Still almost no flow. I then cut the soluti
