BlTouch mount for Anycubic 4Max + Firmware config file

I printed the BLTouch support for 4Max by scvo (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3322266) but the sensor was too low for my setup.

I modified the one 34mm away from the nozzle to lift the sensor about 2 mm.

This support reduces the print width by 11mm. This is taken into account in the configuration.h file below.
