I HAVE YET TO PRINT THIS (still..)
The blade is 30in long, so this is supposed to be a 1:1 replica. Version 1 is all one piece, and Version 2 is split it into 4 sections for printing (for both sword and sheath). I was thinking of putting two channels down the sections of the sword for dowel rods for rigidity, but I just created keyways in the sections instead. They should be easy to print and assemble this way. I hope this'll work for everyone.
