SKR V1.1/V1.3/V1.4/MKS GEN-L mount AM8 2020/2040

created this design to mount a [BIQU SKR 1.1 board](http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/cWI8zCQG) to my AM8 / 2020 / 2040 printer.
it also fits the MKS GEN-L and the newly released [SKR 1.3 board](http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/CfJQj5W)

hole distance = 101.85 x 76.10mm

mount the board with 4pcs M3x16mm screws and M3 nuts.
extrusion mounting holes are 6mm wide and 5mm deep for M5 screws (x8 or x10mm)

the spacers for the board are a bit high, but that serves the purpose of putting and mayb
