F-Foot_2018 for M4 Screw and Nut, MPCNC

As I'm going to build a MPCNC and will be using metric screws (what else?), it is inconvenient to fiddle around with a screwdriver between nut and the pla case, to block the nut, and at the same time, hold a second screwdriver in my third hand to turn the screw.

So here is a new version of the original F-Foot_2018 including a hexagon hold for a good old metric M4 nut after DIN 985.
