Ramps snap on hollow case

This is a very simple snap on case for Ramps, with 80mm fan.

I will make a second version that will fit better.

Added shorter v2.
Haven't tested it yet. Should be better.

Also added external fan grill.

I've printed v2. It fits better, but because it's shorter, it discovers lcd plugs. So i've made v3, which i think will be the last one (i haven't printed it yet).
