MakerSelect 2 (Wanhao Duplicator i3) Display panel cover

I upgraded to a Duet Wifi which is electrically unable to drive the old LCD, thus mandating a new display and otherwise leaving an open hole where the old display was. I based this design loosely from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3102187 but designed this cover to be removable so that the duet wifi's SD card and USB ports can be accessed from the front without requiring any disassembly.
