Anet A8 lcd table holder (CTC Prusa I3 wood frame mount)

This is an addition to [maxwoodpecker](https://www.thingiverse.com/maxwoodpecker)'s [Anet A8 lcd table holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2023458).
Although I really like the table holder for the LCD, I have not yet the space to put it. Good thinking. So I needed something to mount it back on the wood frame of my CTC Prusa I3 DIY.
The holes to connect to the table holder are stretchet to fit the 5 an 6 mm versions of the frame.
You may need 2 additional M3x4 screws. Or you can use 2 of
