Detachable MK3 LCD supports

I wanted to mount the LCD outside the Lack enclosure but wanted to easily be able to put it back on the frame if I removed the printer to work on it. This simple mod to the supports for the LCD replaces the supports on the MK3 frame and provides equivalent supports to mount to the outside of the Lack enclosure. It then also provides the replacement parts to attach to the LCD. A simple key slot allows the LCD to be securely mounted to the frame or the outside but easily moved between the two l
