YAEEK v2 - Yet Another Ender Extruder Knob v2 - with fixing screw

## Update 2020/04/09, 2nd revision:
* trimmed off ~1mm of the bottom to give the screw better grip on the short shaft
* no photos. I didn't reprint it, just cut off ~1mm of my existing one with an exacto knife

## Update 2020/04/09: redesigned v2 uploaded
* with fixing screw to prevent falling off and slipping
* prepared for m3 brass insert, I used these: Ruthex brass inserts
on amazon.
* redesign of the spokes, now a bit of 80s Lamborghini Countach style ;)
