CR-10 Extruder Cover & Guide Update for New Extruder

HI I printed the initial design by Graham01 of the CR-10 extruder cover and guide and as many have found it does not fit the new style extruder without a little modification (cutting and Carving). The guide design is very good and decided to make an updated version of this part for the new extruder and post it on here for anyone who might need it.
