A wedge that fits under the release tab of "Gorilla" style, wide motorcycle tie down straps. Small, long loop padlocks can be fitted to secure release tab. Part is a tight fit and may require slight reaming and filing to snug fit.

I have made 2 of these and can confirm they work as intended.
