5.25 bay adapter for Slim DVD and SSD

Original was pretty close to what I wanted except that I wanted to mount an SSD with the Slim optical drive in the same 5.25" bay so added holes to mount SSD to bottom. Also none of the screw holes for the slim optical drive matched up with my drive so I made new ones. I used slots rather than holes to make it more versatile for drives. I left most of the old holes (apparently they work for some drives)... anyway not the prettiest design but it works well for me.
