Adjustable Z-endstop remix for Creality printers

This is an expansion on the great design by Jannoke for an adjustable z-endstop. His design works great but I found a few minor things that didn't fit my build as well as I would have liked.

In this build, I begin by reversing the bolt from being attached to the base to the knob. This gave the option to heat set the bolt head into the knob. The same process can be repeated on the bolt when attached to the base.
