AM6 - 2040 Aluminium Frame for Anet A6

This is a combination of my own design + other designs found here on thingiverse.

The 2040 frame components that I used were as follows:

- 1 x 313mm Top Cross member (2040 extrusion)
threaded 4 x end bores M6 for fixing to Vertical members
- 2 x 313mm Base Front/Back members (2040 extrusion)
each milled x 4 to accept recessed M6 Cap Head bolt for fixing to Base Side members
- 2 x 364mm Base Side members (2040 extrusion)
each with threaded 4 x end bores M6 for fixing to Base Front/Back
