Ender 3 MKS Gen V1.4 case and LCD mount

MKS Gen V1.4 case and LCD mount for Ender 3.

There are several version of cases:

For left side LCD use:
- LeftDisplay_40x40x10mmFanEnder_3_MKS_gen_V1.4_case_-_upper_lid.stl
- LeftDisplay_40x40x20mmFanEnder_3_MKS_gen_V1.4_case_-_upper_lid.stl
- The above models are modified to be compatible with left side lcd mount and have cut for lcd cables

If you don't use LCD on the left side you can use the below modells, they are more solid thank the aboves.
