Wanhao Duplicator I3 Plus Y Belt Redesign

This came about when I tried tensioning the belt with a design I found which did not really work well. Trying to come up with a better design, I remembered a idea I had when challenged in school when trying to get a car out of a ditch with just a rope and the power of 3 people. Fortunately, I found someone else had already thought about the concept and and shared it here.
