CHMT36VA Vibration Feeder for 8mm tubes

This is a vibration feeder for the Chinese Pick and Place machine CHMT36VA and similar machines.
The feeder is composed of two blocks, the lower fixed part and the upper vibrating section that holds the component tubes.
I used a 3mm thick double stick foam tape to join the two halves while providing enough elasticity where a small motor can move the upper section. You will need to experiment to find the right amount of foam tape the holds everything but also allows the fan to vibrate the uppe
