Anet A8 Orballo steel - Z-axis smooth rod & leadscrew holder

Orballo Anet A8 steel frame version of Tatara is not made to Tatara tolerances for smooth rods holes so there is some play. Rod can be fixed (up) using a screw and a nut but I wanted to incorporate lead-screw holder into solution. Had some 608ZZ bearings laying around so decided to use that.

Please note! I'm not sure fixing lead-screw is a good idea on this printer! In fact, I'm pretty sure it can make things worse (quality of prints, durability of leads-screw, etc) if lead-screw is not perfe
