Open Legend Condition Rings

A user suggested I make some condition rings like [my D&D condition rings](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3157937) for a game called Open Legend. I've never played, so I hope these are appropriate! I've included a list of conditions that were supplied to me, as well as some larger rings for power and distance that fit outside the regular-diameter rings.
