Delta Smart Effector Dual 40mm Fan Duct

Update 5/2/2019: The Delta Smart Effector has a new revision 2.0 which has moved some of the connectors at the bottom of the effector. This design WILL NOT FIT. Working on a revised model and will release it as soon as available.

I love the Delta Smart Effector but the 30mm 24V E3D fan noise was driving me nuts. I remixed the Delta Smart Effector Circular fan (270) to add an adapter for a 40mm heat sink fan.
