Bowden filamentguide Geeetech i3 aluminium

I rebuild my Geeetech i3 pro for a bowden setup, and was in need for a new filament-guide. After trying out several guides i found on thingyverse, i found that there is too much resistance in a printed guide when the filament have to go back 180 degrees.
