Flexion HT Noctua Fan Maker Select Plus Mod

Couple Things going on here:

1. Added a Buck Converter and a Noctua 40mm Fan
2. Re positioned the filament fan to better cool the heat sink on the HT Flexion Extruder
3. Removed the stupid little plastic washers...

Heat gun shows margin improvement (~ 3 - 5ºc cooler), which is to be expected.

I wasn't doing this to improve cooling, mostly I wanted to remove the little washers and anchor the extruder motor without stressing the fan box.
