Anycubic i3 Mega (AI3M) v6 hotend printhead and cooling duct

Replaces metal housing of Anycubic I3 Mega printhead. Improves printhead clearance, airflow, and visibility. New cooling duct is sized for a standard 5015 sized blower. Cooling duct is sized and aimed for a v6-style hotend (shorter than the v5 hotend that comes with your Mega).

Needs the following hardware for mounting:
-2x M3x10 cap screw, 2x M3 nut (mounts sides to top of printhead)
-2x M3x16 cap screw, 2x M3 washer, 2x M3 nut (mounts sides & duct to back of printhead)
-1x M3x20
